Coil Tech Manufacturing uses Pneumatic (compressed air) shears for cutting metal.

We are one of the few large metal fabrication shops that do not use plasma cutting or torch cutting of our materials.  

Coated metals - such as galvanized steel, lead- or cadmium-plated steel - can give off toxic fumes when cut with a plasma arc.

Small engines that emit gasoline vapor or carbon monoxide are never used in our fabrication process. 

The glue we use for bonding insulation to ductwork is water-based environmentally friendly glue rather than oil or chemical based adhesive as used widely throughout the trade.

All scrap metal from our facility is recycled to prevent the waste of potentially useful materials. By doing so, we help to reduce the consumption of raw materials and help reduce energy usage, and hence greenhouse gas emissions.
